  • How will I schedule cleans and make payments?

 We utilize Breezeway, and have the option to link directly into your PMI (if using one) or you can provide your iCal booking url.  Which allows us to integrate the calendar directly into ours for automatic scheduling as you receive bookings. We store your payment method on file within Stripe and charge immediately following of the turnover.

  • How is laundry handled?

Laundry is handled off site, as it aids in an efficient and timely clean. As well as savings for the host when it comes to utilities and wear and tear on machines. We ask all hosts to have additional bed sets and towels. As linens will be swapped out and brought back at the next turnover. HIM also has linens for rent upon request. ​

  • Will I need to provide supplies?

No, HIM provides all cleaning supplies and laundry essentials needed to complete the turnover. We have found that this ensures we always have what is needed to provide a consistent and quality clean.

What we don't supply:

Anything left behind for the guest to use ie. welcome baskets/snacks, paper products, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry for guest use and any cleaning supplies that guest would have access to during their stay.

We will restock and stage any items that you supply for guests.

​

HIM provides a thorough clean/sanitization of all properties with top of the line profession grade products and equipment, all the way down to the mattresses and couches which we vacuum and treat with uv lights between each guest.
