How will I schedule cleans and make payments?

We utilize Breezeway, and link directly into your PMI or iCal booking url. Which allows us to integrate the calendar directly into ours for automatic scheduling as you receive bookings. Payment methods are stored on file within Stripe and charged immediately following the turnover. For hosts with multiple properties and a high turnover rate, weekly invoicing is an option.

How is laundry handled?

Laundry is handled off site, and is provided for by HIM. We supply a full bed set, including duvet & cover and complete bathroom linens. Throw blankets are not provided. Hosts that wish to provide their own linen can.

Will I need to provide supplies?

No, HIM provides all cleaning supplies and laundry essentials needed to complete the turnover. We have found that this ensures we always have what is needed to provide a consistent and quality clean.

What we don't supply:

Anything left behind for the guest to use ie. welcome baskets/snacks, paper products, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry for guest use and any cleaning supplies that guest would have access to during their stay.

We will restock and stage any items that you supply for guests. Deliveries are welcome to be sent to our office, to be brought with us at the next clean

HIM thoroughly cleans and disinfects all of our properties with professional grade products and equipment.
