We know that moving can often be overwhelming and we do what we can to help alleviate the stress of getting your security deposit back /or preparing your home for the next owner at sale. HIM works directly with realtors and property management companies to keep properties show ready while on the market. As well as with landlords who need to get their properties move in ready for their new tenant. HIM Founder and CEO, Marrissa Miller, is a Certified Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent. HIM's main focus is within the Hospitality Industry, within the Short Term Rental sector. From the beginning we are available to deep clean, design and stage, and continue forward with Turnover & Linen Management. Marrissa attended Clary Sage College for Interior Design and has experience as an Installation Coordinator, meeting with movers and setting up furnished apartments for HelloLanding sublets. She has a thorough understanding of the STR industry and its standards. As well as a keen insight into the unique hospitality needs concerning sleek design as well as functionality, and what works well with the need for quick and efficient cleans. Our Founder's Story

Hi, I'm Marrissa, Founder and CEO of Have It Maid Cleaning Solutions. I have a wide variety of cleaning/laundry experience. My journey began in 2015 in the Hospitality industry. I began in housekeeping for a Holiday Inn & Suites before moving over to the laundry department, where I oversaw all the laundry needs 5 days a week while also conducting room checks behind housekeepers. While I'm grateful for my time there and the experience learned, I made the decision to attend school for Interior Design and needed a more flexible schedule. So I began to clean with a small cleaning company, servicing residential and small commercial properties. While working for this company I would clean as a team as well as independently and when the company decided to close it's doors, there were many customers who requested that their contact information be shared with me so that we could continue to work together. And so there is where my journey as a business owner began. Over the years my business has adapted and taken many twists and turns while looking for my niche. Including a brief stint in small kitchen cleanings, degreasing for a convenient store with a kitchen. I've also partnered with a company that provides furnished apartment leasings. Where I take part in the assembly and disassembly of the units as well as the turnover maintenance between renters. This position also provided me with painting experience and small handy man services like changing locks and installing electric keypads for coded entry. I began working with STR hosts at the beginning of 2022, coming full circle to the Hospitality Industry. All my years of experience and branching out into different sectors has really shown me my strengths and weakness, what I enjoy and where I excel and has allowed me to structure my business in the most effective and beneficial way for myself and for my clients. I value my partnerships with my STR hosts greatly, understanding that it really does take a team to run a successful business. Communication is key and I am always open to constructive feedback so that I may grow and expand on my skillset. Everyone wants to enjoy their travel and arriving to a neat and clean property is a large part in that. I understand my importance in that roll and I thank you for your consideration.
