Service Description

Show ready cleans are touch up cleans needed from potential buyer walk-throughs, for properties that are currently on the market. They consist of, the porch/entry area, dusting, toilets/sinks that may have been used, and the floors. They can last up to 2 hours. They are are not full maintenance cleans nor post construction cleans. Please reach out to discuss additional services if you are in need, so that your expectations can be met and your pricing can be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of 72 hours or more will result in a full refund. Anything less forfeits payment. Should scheduling conflicts arise, please let us know. We are more than happy to make adjustments to circumvent cancelations.
