Service Description

Post Renter Cleans are for our landlords who had renters that cleaned before their move out but didn't quite get it to standard. We'll come in and attend to the details. This clean lasts up to 3 hours and is not a whole house clean. It’s focus is to fine tune anything that was missed or that may have been out of the scope of the tenants abilities. If there are no specific issues told to us, then we will do an inspection upon arrival to see what we may notice as professionals and address anything that may be outstanding. If there is nothing noteworthy, we will proceed to focus on detailing with a light cleaning of the entire place. Please add any specifications that you may have in the customers notes section at checkout. If the property was previously cleaned upon departure, new tenants that are moving in are welcome to utilize this service as a Move In Clean. This is for a light touch up prior to moving belongings into the property. It will focus on dusting, disinfecting and detailing, to ensure all surfaces are clean and ready to go for your things. Travel fee of $30 assessed for all properties located outside of Tulsa City Limits.
