Service Description

Nicotine removal cleans are to focus on treating the air and wiping down all surfaces/walls to remove nicotine residue. If you are looking to have the full house cleaned as well, then a move out clean should be performed prior and is a separate booking. Nicotine removal cleanings will focus on wiping walls, doors, outside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, ceiling and floors. Ozone machines do require the property to be unoccupied while in use, followed by a period of time to air out. We will be entering and leaving the property during that time. Ozone oxidation time varies depending on saturation of smoke and size of property. Disclaimer: HIM will turn on the HVAC unit during oxidation to help clear the ventilation track. Depending on saturation and buildup of nicotine residue within the vent, additional cleaning from an HVAC team may be needed. You will know this is a necessary step when you turn on the unit at a later time and the smoke smell reappears. HIM is not responsible for lingering odors that are a result of buildup within the ventilation system. HIM does not wipe within vent ducts. This booking is for up to four hours and 2,000 sq feet. Larger properties or cases of more severe saturation, may require more time and will be billed accordingly. Additional time is measured on a case by case basis after arrival. Cleanings are done in four hour per day increments due to the health risks that HIM cleaners will be exposed to. Travel fee of $30 assessed for all properties located outside of Tulsa City Limits.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of 72 hours or more will result in a full refund, minus card processing fees. Anything less forfeits payment. Should scheduling conflicts arise, please let us know. We are more than happy to make adjustments to circumvent cancelations.
