Move out/in cleanings are a deep clean of an unoccupied and empty property upon departure of the previous residence. THIS CLEAN INCLUDES: wiping all surfaces, top to bottom, within in each room of the home. This includes ceiling fans, light fixtures, lights switches and outlet covers, spot treatments on walls, window sills, built in shelving, inside closets, baseboards and floors. Within the kitchen it includes the inside/outside of all appliances, as well as, cabinets & drawers. It includes counter top surfaces, sink and fixtures. Within in the bathroom it includes inside/outside of all cabinets and drawers. Along with a thorough clean/sanitization of all fixtures, sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower. MOVE OUT CLEANS ARE CHARGED BY THE HOUR. All cleans have a minimum of 4 hours/$260. Minimum hours are due as a deposit at the time of booking. Each hour following will be billed post clean, at the hourly rate of $50/hr. Exact clean times vary based on size and condition of the home. We are more than happy to accommodate budgets by focusing on certain areas you would like done first. We do need to know this information prior to the start of the job in order to prioritize your individual needs. You can include a note at booking letting us know that you do not wish to exceed the deposit or noting your max budget if deposit is exceeded. HIM does move out cleans 6 hours at a time. If your property requires more time than that, the clean will carry over into the next day. The following services are add-ons and can be done upon request. They will be billed at the hourly rate. >Whole wall dusting & wall wash >Inside window glass, sill and track >Carpet spot treatments (We do not do full room carpet cleaning at this time.) >Ozone smoke/odor removal treatment The only biohazard clean HIM will perform is Nicotine Removal (which is a separate booking). If HIM employees arrive to a property and find that it is in biohazard condition, they will leave immediately without completing the clean and your deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. Biohazard conditions include: Left behind feces from pets Evidence of mice (droppings or sightings) Live pests, dead pests or signs of pests including feces. This includes roaches and bed bugs. If items are left behind in the home, you may be subject to a removal and haul off fee.
Notice of 72 hours or more will result in a full refund. Anything less forfeits payment. Should scheduling conflicts arise, please let us know. We are more than happy to make adjustments to circumvent cancelations.
