Market Ready/Show Clean

Service Description

Market Ready/Show cleans are touch up cleans needed between potential buyer walk-throughs. These properties should be vacant, on market properties that were cleaned already upon departure of resident. Staging furniture present is okay. These cleans consist of: The porch/entry area, dusting and wiping down surfaces, sanitizing bathroom sinks and toilets, and sweeping/mopping floors throughout. They can last up to 2 hours. They are not full move out cleans or post construction cleans. Please reach out to discuss additional services, if you are in need, so that your expectations can be met and you can be made aware of pricing adjustments ahead of time. Travel fee of $30 assessed for all properties located outside of Tulsa City Limits.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of 72 hours or more will result in a full refund, minus card processing fees. Anything less forfeits payment. Should scheduling conflicts arise, please let us know. We are more than happy to make adjustments to circumvent cancelations.
